The Memo app provides a secure platform for creating and storing confidential notes. Equipped with various features to enhance information protection, the Memo app aims to offer a solution that is user-friendly, efficient, and reliable. It includes the following functionalities:

• You can create three types of notes:
  1. Text-based notes
  2. Images
  3. A canvas for drawings and sketches
• AI Notes (Powered by ChatGPT and GPT-4):
  1. AI - Write Notes: Simplify note-taking by providing prompts for the app to generate notes.
  2. AI - Summarize: Condense notes efficiently using the summarization feature.
  3. AI - Action Items: Convert notes into actionable tasks with the help of this option.
  4. AI - Spelling and Grammar: Ensure error-free notes through AI-powered correction of spelling and grammar.
• Archive/Unarchive Notes: Easily manage note archiving by swiping left or right. This feature allows temporary removal while preserving retrieval options from the Archive Screen.
• Biometric Security: Utilize biometric recognition on compatible devices to enhance data security, ensuring note visibility only after valid biometric authentication.
• Synchronization: Sync notes seamlessly with Google Drive for secure cloud storage, facilitating data access across devices while maintaining control over deletions.
• Import/Export:
  1. Import/Export: Save notes as CSV files on the device's storage for backup, enabling seamless integration with existing device notes upon import into the Memo app.
  2. Backup/Restore: Create a full database backup on the device's storage for restoration, noting that data restoration overwrites existing Memo database records.
• Additional Features:
  • Convert images to text from your gallery or camera, with current support for English language conversion.
  • Activate Multi-Selection by long-pressing notes to delete or share multiple notes simultaneously.
  • Set reminders for text notes and easily share text from other applications to Memo.
  • Access native Google Speech-to-Text functionality, create tags for note organization, and facilitate filtering and searching.
